1-Day Short Programmes - E.g. Transactional Analysis and Leadership

  • This is a one-day programme that explores the relationship between Transactional Analysis (TA) and Leadership.

  • TA 'is a theory of personal growth and personal change'.

  • TA describes how people are structured psychologically and helps explain how people function and express their personality in their behavior.

  • It is a theory of communication that can be extended to the analysis of systems and organisations and individual and group behaviours.

  • Our 1-day programmes cost £75:00 per delegate (there are price reductions for large groups)

Personal Mapping Profiles ()

  • is a unique leadership mapping tool which identifies leadership typology, providing a powerful explanation of individual (or team) leadership behaviour.

  • It can be used either for individual development or as part of a wider team building programme

  • It identifies:

    • Leadership typology,

    • Areas of potential conflict, and

    • Traits that may inhibit performance.

    • It helps to:
      • Identify individual and/or team strengths and weaknesses, 

      • Build effective team working practices, and

      • Deliver corporate strategy


360 Degree Feedback

  • is particularly useful when used as part of a 360 degree feedback programme.

  • 6 colleagues (2 x senior; 2 x peer and 2 x subordinates) are asked to complete the matrix on your behalf which forms the basis of discussions around what you say you do and how others actually see you.

  • This is a powerful and dynamic use of 360 degree feedback which provides insight into how you are perceived as a leader.

Organisational Development

We can provide a number of organisational development tools for team building and conflict resolution. Our 5-day team building programme has proved to be particularly popular.

This is a unique bespoke 5-day programme, spread over 6 months, that:

  • Helps to devise and implement organisation wide strategies;

  • Produces an effective Plan for Action (this is not merely an ‘action plan’);

  • Helps to manage change across the organisation;
