• The programme qualifies you for the CMI Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership; equivalent to 12-18 months of an MBA (depending upon the University).

• If you don’t want to do the full Diploma you can complete the Award or Certificate programmes.

• Or, if all you want is to enhance your knowledge without the aspiration of an MBA, you can complete exactly the same programme, but without the in-depth assessment processes required by the CMI, and obtain our own Diploma in Strategic Leadership.

• While we deliver the programme at a number of Universities (which is the preferred route), we can also deliver in-house for larger organisations or by distance learning.
